Neil Crossman | Co-Founder & CEO
Neil leads Finabeo with a focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions to complex technology spend challenges.
After a career running large-scale, technology-led business transformations, he led FinOps and Cloud Cost Optimisation at PwC. There, he saw first-hand how organisations often relied on SaaS products to solve people and process problems — and why a boutique, human-led approach was needed.
Neil co-founded Finabeo in August 2024, combining proven consulting methods with the proprietary Optimus platform.
Outside work, he enjoys coaching kids’ football, attempting golf, and family walks along the Wirral coastline.
Sarath Krishnan | Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Sarath brings over 20 years’ experience in Performance Engineering and Architecture across on-premise and cloud environments. While guiding clients through cloud transformations, he identified a gap in application optimisation — a challenge that inspired the creation of Optimus.
Following his work at PwC, Sarath co-founded Finabeo with Neil to combine deep technical expertise with scalable, client-focused solutions.
When not leading product and technical strategy, he enjoys the park with his dog and playing badminton with friends in London.
Gemma Stacey | Commercial Director
With 28 years in the energy sector and global consulting, Gemma is a relationship-driven leader who specialises in accelerating growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering strategic value. She works closely with senior leaders to identify and implement tech-based strategies that create long-term efficiencies.
Known for her ability to solve complex problems while building trust, Gemma ensures clients feel supported and empowered at every stage.
Outside work, she’s a mum to two boys and a Labrador, and enjoys as much outdoor time as possible.
Paul | Client Director
Paul has two decades of client management experience across technology, engineering, and manufacturing, backed by a qualification as a cloud practitioner. He focuses on building strong, enduring relationships and ensuring that client needs are met with precision and care.
Beyond work, Paul enjoys golf, travel, and time with his young family.
Lionel Van Dongen | Associate Director – French-Speaking Markets
With over 20 years in telecom, cloud strategy, and IT transformation, Lionel blends strong business acumen from his Oxford MBA with deep technical insight. His recent role at AWS saw him help organisations align technology spend with strategic objectives, specialising in FinOps and cloud economics.
At Finabeo, Lionel leads business development in French-speaking markets, building trusted partnerships and supporting clients through digital transformation.
Outside work, he’s a keen motorbike enthusiast, traveller, and admirer of architecture and history.
Mondweep Chakravorty | Associate Director
Mondweep is an Associate Director at Finabeo
With over 20 years leading global technology and digital transformations, Mondweep specialises in unlocking high-impact AI initiatives for enterprise clients. He has built and scaled AI‑driven platforms that deliver £15M+ in new revenue, anchored by robust governance, risk management, and ethical oversight.
A certified DataActTPro with expertise in AI Product Management, Cloud Solution Architecture, and Cybersecurity, Mondweep is passionate about driving enterprise-wide adoption of responsible AI. With his prior experience as a Head of Cloud and Cyber Security for a major global brand, he is perfectly positioned to lead Finabeo's AI strategy and implementation.
Mondweep also leads the UK chapter of the Agentics Foundation, a not-for-profit community that delivers training and guidance around Agentic AI.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring innovation and new tech, and spending time with family, cycling and playing the guitar
